Our Story
It started with a simple truth: managing an artist's business and career is tough.
We heard it from our friends, and then from just about every artist we spoke to. The more we listened, the clearer it became: the tools out there weren’t built for small, independent artists. They were too pricey, too complicated, and often very out of date.
So we asked ourselves: what if artists had something better?
That’s how Studio Yards was born - a platform designed hand-in-hand with artists to give them the tools, confidence, and opportunities to turn passion into profession. We’re here to support the indie creator, the small studio, the emerging artist trying to level up.
From art fairs to online sales, we want to remove the barriers that make the art world feel exclusive and out of reach - so more artists can focus on creating and growing.
Who We Are
We’re three friends who are art-curious and passionate about making the art world feel more open and accessible. This isn’t our world by trade, so we did what made sense: we listened. We’ve spoken to hundreds of artists, heard their frustrations first-hand, and built Studio Yards with their voices leading the way.
We’re also lucky to collaborate with some seriously talented tech minds who believe in the vision and are putting their skills to work for creators. Together, we’re building the platform we always wished existed for our friends in the art world.

Life as an artist is harder than it should be - we’re here to change that. Our mission is to cut the stress and admin so you can focus on what you do best: making art.
But the bigger why goes beyond tools. We want to make art more accessible for everyone - by connecting emerging artists with fresh audiences, unlocking new opportunities, and helping more art find a game in the world
Our Beliefs
- Artists first: Everything we build starts with real artist feedback. If it doesn’t help artists, we don’t do it.
- Growth without the grind: Every artist has their strengths - some love the business side, others just want to create. But no one needs extra hassle. Spreadsheets, clunky sites, hidden fees? Nah. Artists deserve simple, affordable tools built for growth, not chaos.
- Creating opportunity: Every artist deserves to be seen. We believe in creating more chances for emerging artists to showcase their work and connect with new audiences. Studio Yards is helping give artists more tools to showcase their art, grow their audience, and open new doors.
